Terms of service

These terms apply to the Split Grip website and purchases from Split Grip LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the published terms and policies that apply to that order. If you are not an adult, an authorized parent or guardian must place the order.

Products and orders Review the selected model, length, grip, quantity, price and shipping address before paying. Product photography and display colors can vary by screen; the selected product/options on the order determine what you purchase. Availability and lead times can change. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as submitted, contains an error, or requires fraud/identity review. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any related charges that must be refunded. We will not substitute a different model, size or grip without your agreement.

Prices are in U.S. dollars unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Shopify checkout displays the final payment, tax and shipping information before payment. Promotions apply only to eligible items under the offer's published rules. Each Signature Bundle keeps its own savings; extra bats use their separate eligible quantity tier. Custom products, prepriced packages and disclosed blems may have different exclusions. We do not automatically add a paid grip beyond your selected option.

Use and support Split Grip products are training tools. Follow the product's ball-use restrictions, training directions and appropriate supervision. Flat Split models are for approved soft training balls. Inspect equipment before use and stop using a damaged bat. Warranty, return and shipping terms are provided in their separate published policies.

Website content belongs to Split Grip or its licensors. Do not misuse the services, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or upload material you are not entitled to share. We may update the website and these terms; changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that applicable law gives you for an existing purchase. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
