The Barrel Trainer combines the immediate feedback of a flat bat with the familiar feel of a traditional bat. One side of the barrel features a flat hitting surface that helps athletes develop better barrel awareness, swing direction, and contact control. When the bat is not squared up, the flat side provides instant feedback on the hitter’s contact and barrel position.

Simply flip the bat over to use the cylindrical side and experience the feel of a traditional bat. This allows athletes to alternate between feedback-focused flat-side work and conventional round-barrel swings.
