Start with the frustration.

Different swing problems call for different feedback. Here’s how the training bats compare.

Split Grip Trainer

Train the unload.

Split Grip trains the unloading of the hands. Purposeful spacing develops hand independence without forcing the shoulders and arms into a pattern that no longer resembles a competitive swing. The goal is transfer—not maximum separation.

Throttle Grip

Feel connected movement.

A sliding, 360-degree swiveling handle helps the hitter feel the top hand throttle while the elbow rides with the hips. Train connection, sequencing, and direction.

Polar Grip

Train the load.

Polar Grip trains the loading of the hands through equal-and-opposite knob pressure. That load creates stability in the upper spine and shoulders, helping the hitter remove slack and organize the turn.
