The Throttle Grip is designed to help athletes understand what it means to get connected. Its traditional Split Grip-style handle features a proprietary, durable plastic slider that moves up and down and swivels 360 degrees. This free-spinning slider helps the athlete feel the top hand “throttle” while the elbow rides with the hips, promoting better sequencing, direction, and hand-to-body connection.
